1. Who this is

Leave It With Me is a small business support studio operated by Danni, based in South Africa. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website or contact me, and the general terms that apply to project work. Contact hello@leaveitwithme.co.za with any questions.

2. Information I collect

When you submit the inquiry form, I collect what you enter: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to provide (business name, phone/WhatsApp number, project details, budget, and your answers about your website or branding). This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've asked for.

Like most websites, basic technical information (such as browser type and general usage) may be collected automatically through analytics tools once they're switched on for this site — see Section 4.

3. How your information is used

To respond to your inquiry and discuss your project
To prepare quotes and deliver agreed work
To keep basic business records, as South African law may require
To follow up about a project already in progress

Your information is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except where needed to run this website and respond to you (see Section 4).

4. Third-party services

This site uses a small number of third-party services to function:

Web3Forms — delivers inquiry form submissions to Danni's email inbox. Your form details pass through their service to reach that inbox.
Google Analytics / Meta Pixel (if enabled) — used to understand website traffic and measure the results of advertising campaigns. These only activate once configured, and only track anonymised or aggregate behaviour such as page visits and whether an inquiry was submitted.

5. Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to ask what information is held about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@leaveitwithme.co.za. If you're not satisfied with how a request is handled, you can contact South Africa's Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

6. Data retention

Inquiry and client information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to deliver a project, maintain business records, or respond to follow-up questions, and is deleted or anonymised when it's no longer needed.

7. General terms

Quotes. Every project is quoted individually based on the work involved. A quote is valid for the period stated in that quote.
Deposit. A deposit is required to secure a project and begin work. Remaining payment terms are confirmed with your quote.
External costs. Costs such as domain registration, hosting, paid software, advertising spend, or printing are separate from the project fee and are discussed with you before anything is purchased on your behalf.
Revisions & scope. The number of revisions and exact scope of a project are agreed upfront in your quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Ownership. Final files and deliverables become yours once a project is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cookies

This site does not use cookies for anything beyond what's needed for analytics and advertising tools, if and when those are switched on. No personal information is sold or shared through cookies.
